We offer our dear guests 6 apartments
for rent and one room. Apartments are fully equipped with new
furniture and beatifully decorated. Additional equipment includes air
conditioning and SAT TV. Beatuful beach is in the front of the Villa Ana.
Private parking is available in front of the house. All our guests can use
the large terrace, together with the outside grill.

Stikovica is a
beautiful small township situated just 5 kilometers northeast from Dubrovnik.
Located in a very peaceful and quiet area and overlooking the picture Zaton
Bay, Elafiti Islands and the open sea. Stikovica has a lovely clean
pebble beach, two restaurants and many many more within short driving distance.
If you are looking for a quiet place with a beach in front of the house but not
remote, Stikovica is probably the best choice. There are also a lot of other
beaches to visit nearby.
