This was our family house. It is hidden from the
street and many people don't even know that it exists. Spacious garden
gives you an impresion of suburban areas, but it is a center of the town.
This house has 5 double bedrooms and can easilly
accommodate 10 persons. It is one of very few (2-3) rental houses with
swimming pool so close to Old Town. It has 2 entrances. Trough one entrance
you can aproach by car to the door. Other is for fast aproach to the street on
foot. There are 3 terraces, swimming pool, small fish pond, barbecue and a
lot of green vegetation in the garden. The house consists of living room,
dining room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and loundry-iron
room.
Amenities include air conditioning (all rooms),
heated floors (partly), wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-Fi, DVD,
full kitchen, combination of washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron,
parking space for 5 cars...
