Villa with eight Apartments

Villa Antea was built in 2002 and is surrounded by woods and nearby
beaches and pleasant walks. Villa is located on the beautiful Lapad
peninsula , with views over Daksa island, the Elaphiti Islands as
well as the Ombla River with its newly built bridge.
Besides the beach and close to the popular pedestrianised shopping boulevard in
Lapad where there is a good variety of restaurants, tennis courts, bars
cafes, shops. The center of culture (Old Town) and entertainment
is only a few minutes away, and you can go there on a local bus that passes by
every 10 minutes.
The Apartments are four-star accommodation. The largest part of the
apartment is the living room with kitchen. Apartments are fully furnished and
have central heating/air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (ISDN), with
fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and bathroom with hair dryer. Each
apartment has terrace/balcony with table and chairs. There are swimming
pools 5 minutes from Villa Antea at the Hotel Minceta. There
